Blyumin is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian. He holds a state-recognized degree in event and entertainment management and has a musical education as a performing musician. His career began at the Kiev State Philharmonic, where he worked as an assistant band manager and musician.

He co-founded Bita Music Ltd. and Ram Music, where he led international departments, managed tours, concert productions, and artist relations. Notable projects include organizing concerts for stars like Sting, Britney Spears, and Aerosmith, as well as producing official events like the speech of U.S. President Bill Clinton in Kiev.
