Questions about Service

  • What is the difference between Service & your exclusive Creators?

    The service is a separate offering for all creators who are not yet eligible for exclusive care.
    The service provides you with added value that you can use even without full support, ensuring that you are legally compliant with the Telemedia Act or imprint obligation.
    Through your own Discord area, you can also gain initial experience with paid campaigns or game keys in addition to the services offered here.
    Exclusive creators receive 100% management support, access to a larger pool of paid campaigns, but commit to the management for the duration of the contract and incur no monthly costs.

  • How can I book your service?

    You simply click on the “ORDER NOW” button above the offer that suits you best. Here you will be redirected to a contact form.

    An employee will contact you, discuss the offer with you and send you the contract and invoice.
    Upon receipt of payment, you will receive your booked access via e-mail within 48 hours.

  • For which countries is the service available?

    The imprint service is available exclusively for Germany.

  • Which payment options and methods do you offer?

    We offer the following models:

    • 1-month subscription
    • 6-month subscription
    • 12-month subscription

    Payment is made via invoice through bank transfer.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    Here are the discount promotions we currently offer:

    • For a 6-month subscription, you receive one month free.
    • For a 12-month subscription, you receive 2 months free.

  • Are there any additional costs for me?

    In addition to the offer price and the one-time setup fee, the only costs you may incur are for the forwarding of your mail or any additionally booked services.

  • Can I change my existing subscription?

    An upgrade to a higher tier is possible at any time. You will then receive a new invoice that includes your existing subscription.
    A downgrade to a smaller package is currently not possible.

  • I’m interested in the additional offers, how do I proceed?

    Just send us an email via the “REQUEST” button of any of the offers. Additional offers are customized and tailored to individual needs and requirements.

  • What does forwarding my mail cost?

    The cost for forwarding your mail is divided into the following areas:

    • Letters: For each letter, you pay a processing fee of €1.00 plus postage (Deutsche Post rates).
    • Packages: For each package, you pay a processing fee of €3.00 plus postage (DHL rates).

    The billing is done via invoice once per quarter!

  • When can I expect my mail?

    When mail arrives with us, you will be promptly notified, and the forwarding process will be coordinated with you individually.

  • Can letters also be transmitted to me electronically?

    Yes, letters can be scanned and sent to you via email.

  • For what purposes can I use the imprint, and is there a limit?

    We do not have a limit. The imprint can be used on all your social media channels, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, website, etc. It’s important that the imprint is accessible within a maximum of 2 clicks.

  • May I use the imprint service for fan mail?

    If you have opted for the package acceptance service, we do not differentiate between customer or fan packages. package is a package🙂

  • Will my mail arrive despite using a pseudonym?

    Make sure that the mail is sent to our address with the note ‘c/o Pseudonym’, then it will definitely arrive and can be directly assigned to you.

  • Do you open my mail?

    The confidentiality of correspondence remains unaffected regardless of the obligation to accept it. The mail is only opened with explicit prior permission, for example, for electronic transmission or to verify the contents.

  • What offers and keys can I expect?

    Currently, everything runs through our Discord server. Here, offers are posted, and keys are provided. Anyone can apply, but the client ultimately decides who gets what.

  • How can I join your Discord server?

    You can apply to join our Discord server and request membership. We will then review your application.

  • What does the Twitch-Team bring me?

    The Twitch-Team is displayed directly on Twitch under the channels, allowing other streamers as well as viewers to see who is part of the team.
    This can sometimes generate new viewers or bring attention to you from other streamers and clients.

  • What does “unlisted” and public listing mean?

    A sedcard that is “unlisted” with us is only accessible via its link. You can use this when messaging a client or linking it on your social media channels.

    A publicly listed sedcard is displayed on our homepage and is visible to all clients. This allows interested clients to directly request cooperation with you through us.
